Mint a 7-day expiring invitation, send a branded email, and let the tenant set a password and join their tenancy on Tendmere.
Section 8 notice preparation
Prepare and render a reviewable notice pack. Tendmere does not make the legal decision or guarantee service, validity, possession, or delivery evidence.
Mortgage tracker
Track every BTL mortgage across your portfolio with end-date alerts at 180 / 90 / 30 days. Surfaces fixed-rate rollovers before they hurt.
MTD for Income Tax — sandbox rail
Every MTD ITSA endpoint wired end-to-end against HMRC Sandbox: OAuth 2.0, Business Details, Obligations, Property Business cumulative submission, Individual Calculations, final declaration, Self Assessment Accounts, fraud-prevention headers. Production approval request with HMRC SDST is open.
