Which integrations are actually live today?

Postcode-assisted address entry is live. Provider-backed connections remain beta, gated or planned until their cards explicitly say Live after end-to-end production verification. Manual records, reviewed CSV imports and accountant handoff exports remain the dependable routes.

Can I request an integration that isn't on the list?

Absolutely. Email support@tendmere.com or use the contact form and tell us what you need. We use customer demand to inform prioritisation, but we do not promise an integration or delivery date until it is verified and released.

Will integrations cost extra?

Paid billing and integration entitlements are not open yet. Tendmere will publish plan placement and any third-party charges only after the relevant connection and billing behaviour have been verified.

How does Open Banking work with Tendmere?

Open Banking will be read-only once live. We will never see or store your bank credentials; the bank authorisation is handled by an FCA-authorised provider. Until partner credentials are active, Tendmere uses manual and CSV imports for transaction matching.

Do you have a public API?

Read-only API and signed-webhook controls exist for controlled workspace verification. They are not a general live entitlement: Tendmere must confirm scope, endpoint ownership and production acceptance for each workspace.

Can I export all my data if I ever leave?

Use the exports available on reports and record views, or request a complete copy through the privacy team. A guaranteed one-click ZIP covering every data domain is not yet available.
