3. Essential cookies
Essential cookies and browser storage are required for the Service to function. They handle authentication, security, session continuity and your privacy choice. You cannot opt out of essential storage where it is necessary to sign in or use the Service.
4. Optional measurement
With your consent, we use EU-hosted PostHog product analytics to understand which pages and features are useful. If a valid Google Ads tag is configured, we also use Google Ads measurement to understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or signup. Optional measurement is disabled until you choose “Accept measurement”.
Tendmere limits these events to pseudonymous device, campaign and interaction information. We do not send property records, tenant details, message contents, email addresses or account user IDs in marketing-site analytics events. Personalised advertising and advertising user-data sharing are disabled.
5. Measurement providers
PostHog and, when configured, Google provide the optional measurement services described above. Their tags load only after consent. Tendmere does not enable personalised advertising, sell visitor data or share property-management record contents with either provider.
