No provider email, check, payment or report is created. The stages below describe a future, verified workflow.
Select an applicant
A future verified flow would begin from the applicant's tenancy workspace after a clear availability and consent check.
Tenant gets the email
After launch, the verified provider would ask the tenant for consent and required information.
Provider verifies
The confirmed provider would run only the checks disclosed and consented to in its live terms.
Report lands in Tendmere
A verified report could be linked after delivery; timing and handling will be published before launch.
Commercial and data terms are not final
Tendmere does not process referencing payments or referral fees today. Any future provider, price, referral arrangement and who pays will be disclosed before an order can be placed.
