When a production provider is verified, the intended flow is a revocable read-only connection with reviewed rent matching and expense categorisation. Provider coverage, timing and consent details will be published before launch. Until then, use manual records or reviewed CSV imports.

Tendmere will enable the connection only through a verified provider with the required UK regulatory permissions.
Sync cadence to be confirmed
Refresh timing and data latency will be measured and published during provider acceptance testing.
