Tendmere is now publicly available. Every plan — Free, Landlord, Portfolio and Agency — is free for now, with every feature included and no card needed. Production HMRC filing and Open Banking are still not available.

Renters' Rights Act changes, two-step sign-in and the free web beta

MTD for Income Tax — end-to-end
Every HMRC endpoint needed for the MTD for Income Tax landlord flow is now code-complete and proven against the Sandbox. HMRC production approval had not been granted when this was written, and production filing is still not enabled.

A big design handoff lands: the Properties list is now a morning-triage tool, the Activity inbox reads like a conversation rather than a filing cabinet, and the first real tenant-facing UI is live behind a role flag.

Tenant invitations and landlord→tenant messaging
Landlords can now invite tenants to a tenant account (with GDPR consent, 7-day expiring tokens, Resend-delivered emails) and send messages that are also emailed to tenants. Tenants reply in the app; replies by email are not collected.
