Recording property inspections

Creating an inspection
From the property page, tap Add inspection. Select the type (routine, move-in, move-out, or mid-tenancy) and date. You can add detailed notes and photos for each room or area of the property.
Photo documentation
Take or upload photos during the inspection. Each photo can be annotated with a description. Photos are timestamped and stored in your document vault, creating an evidence trail for deposit disputes.
Sharing with tenants
Generate a shareable link for any inspection report. Tenants can view the report and add their own comments within 7 days, creating an agreed record of the property's condition.
Inspection reminders
Set a recurring reminder for routine inspections (e.g. every 3 or 6 months). Tendmere adds them to your activity feed so you don't forget.
