Properties & Tenants
Managing property details
Edit address, type, photos, notes, and key details for any property.
Editing property information
Open a property and tap Edit to update the address, property type, number of bedrooms, furnishing status, and any notes. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across your dashboard and reports.
Property photos
Add photos to document the property's condition. This is especially useful for inventory checks at the start and end of a tenancy. Photos are stored in your document vault and can be shared with tenants or agents.
Property notes
Use the notes field for anything that doesn't fit elsewhere — alarm codes, meter locations, special maintenance instructions, or notes from inspections. Notes are searchable and visible only to you (and your team on multi-user plans).
Archiving a property
If you sell a property or stop letting it, you can archive it rather than deleting. Archived properties are hidden from your main dashboard but their data (rent history, compliance records, expenses) is preserved for tax and audit purposes.
