Generate secure, time-limited links to share certificates and reports.
Secure sharing links
Generate a shareable link for any document. The link is encrypted and can be set to expire after a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or no expiry). Recipients don't need a Tendmere account to view the document.
What to share
Common documents to share with tenants include Gas Safety Certificates (legally required), EPC certificates, How to Rent guide, deposit protection certificates, and inspection reports.
Bulk sharing
Share multiple documents at once by selecting them from the vault and generating a single link. This is useful at the start of a tenancy when you need to provide several documents to a new tenant.
Access tracking
Tendmere logs when a shared link is accessed — giving you a record that the tenant received the document. This can be important for compliance evidence.
