Automatic document data extraction
Where assisted extraction is enabled, upload a certificate and review the suggested details before saving.
How it works
Where the extraction provider is configured, Tendmere can propose key fields from selected documents. Manual entry remains available and no proposed value is authoritative until you review it.
What gets extracted
For Gas Safety Certificates: inspection date, expiry date, engineer Gas Safe ID, and appliance details. For EPCs: rating, expiry date, and recommendations. For EICRs: inspection date, next due date, and overall condition.
Review and confirm
Extracted data is shown for you to review before it updates your compliance records. Correct or reject anything that does not match the source document.
Auto-update compliance
Once you confirm the proposed fields, Tendmere saves them to the corresponding compliance item. Keep the source certificate attached and check every reminder against it.
