Using the document vault

What is the vault?
The document vault is a secure, encrypted storage area for all your property documents. Every file is linked to a property, tenant, or compliance item — so you can find it when you need it.
Uploading documents
Upload files from any screen where they're relevant: compliance items (certificates), tenants (tenancy agreements, ID), properties (photos, inventories), or expenses (receipts). You can also upload directly from More → Documents.
Supported formats
PDF, JPG, PNG, and common document formats. Maximum file size is 25 MB per document. Photos taken in-app are automatically compressed for storage efficiency.
Organisation
Documents are organised by property and type. Use search to find documents by name or property, and filter by document type.
Document limits
Every plan is free right now with every feature included, including the expanded document allowance that normally comes with paid plans. There are no storage add-ons.
