What is the vault?
The document vault is a secure, encrypted storage area for all your property documents. Every file is linked to a property, tenant, or compliance item — so you can find it when you need it.
Uploading documents
Upload files from any screen where they're relevant: compliance items (certificates), tenants (tenancy agreements, ID), properties (photos, inventories), or expenses (receipts). You can also upload directly from More → Documents.
Supported formats
PDF, JPG, PNG, and common document formats. Maximum file size is 25 MB per document. Photos taken in-app are automatically compressed for storage efficiency.
Organisation
Documents are automatically organised by property and type. Use the search function to find documents by name, property, or date. Tags let you add custom labels for additional organisation.
Storage limits
Free plan: 500 MB. Landlord plan: 5 GB. Portfolio plan: 25 GB. Agency plan: 100 GB. Storage can be upgraded as an add-on if needed.
