Tendmere generates several financial reports:
- Profit & loss — Income minus expenses per property or across your portfolio
- Income summary — Rent collected by month, quarter, or year
- Expense breakdown — Expenses by category, property, or time period
- Rent roll — Current rent amounts, payment status, and arrears across all properties
- SA105 report — Tax-year summary matching HMRC's property income format
Filtering and export
All reports can be filtered by date range, property, or category. Export as CSV or PDF for your accountant, mortgage broker, or personal records.
Portfolio analytics
Portfolio analytics is being verified in the controlled beta. Paid-plan placement remains provisional until billing and entitlement checks are live.
