Giving your accountant access
Invite an accountant with finance-scoped access so they can maintain records and prepare reports.
Accountant portal
Finance-scoped accountant access is included on every plan while plans are free. Invite the accountant from Team. They can maintain finance and tax records but cannot administer properties, tenancies, members or billing.
What accountants see
Accountants can view and maintain income, expenses and tax records, and use financial reports, SA105 summaries and relevant documents. They cannot add or change properties, tenancies, members, billing, or personal settings.
Export for accountants
Even without the accountant portal, you can export reports as CSV or PDF and email them directly. The SA105 report is particularly useful — it provides figures in exactly the format your accountant needs.
Revoking access
You can remove an accountant from your workspace at any time from Settings → Team. Their access to your workspace ends straight away. Their own Tendmere account, and any other workspaces they belong to, are not affected.
