Switching between workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces (e.g. personal + agency), switch between them instantly.
What are workspaces?
A workspace is a separate data environment in Tendmere. Each workspace has its own properties, tenants, and financial data. Most landlords have a single workspace, but you might have multiple if you manage properties for others or are a member of an agency workspace.
Switching workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace, go to Settings and you'll see a Switch Workspace picker showing all workspaces you're a member of. Tap to switch — data loads instantly.
Your current workspace
The Settings screen shows a badge with your current workspace name. This helps you always know which context you're working in.
Single-workspace users
If you only have one workspace, the switcher doesn't appear. You won't see any UI difference — it's only shown when relevant.
