Account & Billing

Adding team members and setting permissions

Invite team members with role-based access.

Team access

Team members each have their own login and a role that decides what they can see and change. Team access normally comes with the Agency and Enterprise plans; every plan is free right now with every feature included.

Roles

Tendmere has seven workspace roles: Owner (full access, including team, billing and ownership); Manager (runs the workspace day to day: properties, tenants, finance, compliance and repairs); Agent (day-to-day agency work on properties, tenancies, repairs, messages, documents and finance); Maintenance coordinator (repairs, contractors and appointments, without unrelated finance or tenancy administration); Accountant (finance, tax, reports and supporting documents, without changing properties); Compliance auditor (read-first access to compliance records and evidence); Landlord client (read-only access to their own portfolio records, statements and documents).

Inviting members

Go to Settings → Team and tap Invite member. Enter their email and role. They'll receive an invitation to create their account. You can assign specific properties to each team member.

Company sign-in (SSO)

Company sign-in (single sign-on) is not available yet. It is planned for Enterprise workspaces once identity-provider set-up, domain ownership and acceptance testing are in place. Until then, each team member signs in with their own Tendmere login.

White-label branding

Agency and Enterprise workspaces can open Tools → White-label to set your brand name, brand colour and support details, preview the result, and choose whether the landlord-client portal uses the same branding. Logo upload, a custom domain and a custom email sender are not available yet.

Enterprise operations

Enterprise workspaces can also configure custom fields for properties, tenants, repairs, tenancy lifecycle stages, and landlord-acquisition leads, plus custom workflows to queue internal follow-up for rent arrears, compliance deadlines, repair delays, notice periods, and landlord-lead chasing.

From the same Enterprise settings area, teams can prepare migration profiles, accounting handoffs, Zapier recipe settings and support requests. Provider-backed automation, named contacts and service commitments remain subject to workspace verification and a separately agreed scope.

Read-only API and signed-webhook controls exist for controlled workspace verification. Tendmere must confirm scopes, endpoint ownership and production acceptance before either is treated as live for a workspace.

Audit trail

All actions by team members are logged in the audit trail. See who recorded a payment, updated a compliance item, or sent a reminder — with timestamps and their name attached.
