Plan comparison
- Free — Up to 2 properties. Free.
- Landlord (normally £19/mo, free for now) — Up to 5 properties. Open Banking remains provider-gated.
- Portfolio (normally £39/mo, free for now) — Up to 25 properties. Digital MTD records and accountant review workflows are available while production filing remains approval-gated.
- Agency (normally £99/mo, free for now) — Up to 200 properties, with multi-user team access.
- Enterprise — Custom scope and pricing for 200+ properties. Contact the Tendmere team to discuss requirements and available service commitments.
Every plan is free right now, with every feature included and no card needed. We'll tell you well before any plan starts charging. Nothing is charged automatically.
No plan has ever been charged, so there are no paying subscribers on older prices. The legacy pricing notice is kept for reference only.
Annual billing
When plans start charging, annual prices sit alongside monthly ones. The full terms will be shown before any payment is taken.
Switching plans
There is nothing to buy while every plan is free, so there is no self-service checkout. Use Tools → Billing & subscription to contact billing support with any question about your account.
