Plan comparison
- Controlled free beta — Up to 2 properties under the current beta configuration. No online payment is taken; future limits will be disclosed before billing opens.
- Landlord (£19/mo planned price) — Up to 5 properties. Paid billing is not open yet; Open Banking also remains provider-gated.
- Portfolio (£39/mo planned price) — Up to 25 properties. Paid billing is not open yet; digital MTD records and accountant review workflows are available while production filing remains approval-gated.
- Agency (£99/mo planned price) — Up to 200 properties. Paid billing is not open yet; contact support to discuss beta access.
- Enterprise — Custom scope and pricing for 200+ properties. Contact the Tendmere team to confirm beta suitability and available service commitments.
Existing paid customers stay on their legacy price (Landlord £6.99/£9/mo, Portfolio £14.99/£19/mo) for 12 months from sign-up — see our legacy pricing policy.
Annual billing
Annual prices are planned alongside monthly billing. Final checkout terms will be shown before any payment is taken.
Switching plans
Paid checkout and self-service plan changes are not open yet. Use Tools → Billing & subscription to contact billing support for beta access or help with an existing account.
