Integrations: what Tendmere connects to today

What works today (imports, exports, email, postcode lookup), what is in testing, and what is not live yet.

Working today

Postcode lookup: find an address from its postcode when you add a home. You check and confirm the address before saving.
Spreadsheet import: bring in homes, tenants, rent, dates and costs from a CSV or Excel file. Go to Settings → Import data, check the suggested columns and preview the rows before you confirm.
Bank statements by CSV: download a statement from your bank and import it. You review each line and save it as rent received or a cost.
Email: messages you send to tenants are delivered by email, and replies can come back into the same conversation. Tendmere shows whether a message was sent, delivered or failed only when that is known.
Exports: CSV and PDF reports, SA105 figures and the accountant handoff.

HMRC Making Tax Digital: the connection to HMRC's official API is being tested. Production submission is not enabled, so use Tendmere to prepare and review your figures, not as proof that an update was filed.
Agency and Enterprise tools: white-label branding, read-only API keys, signed webhooks and Zapier settings are available for controlled testing only. Tendmere confirms each workspace before any of them is treated as live.

Bank feeds (Open Banking): automatic bank feeds are not live. There is no automatic feed from your bank; use the CSV import.
Accounting software: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent do not sync automatically. Use the CSV export or the accountant handoff.
Payments, property portals and e-signature: card payments, Direct Debit, Rightmove, Zoopla and e-signature are planned, not available.
