Getting Started
Creating your Tendmere account
Create an account with your email and password; controlled-beta signup takes no card payment.
Sign up
Visit app.tendmere.com/signup, enter your email address, and choose a strong password.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new link from the login page.
Complete your profile
After verifying, you'll be asked for your name and whether you're a private landlord, portfolio manager, or letting agent. This helps Tendmere tailor the experience — you can change it later in Settings.
What's included free?
Current free-beta access supports up to 2 properties and takes no card payment. Core manual rent, compliance-date, document and expense records are available; provider-dependent services and some advanced tools remain gated.
