A useful way to compare
Use sample or suitably anonymised records in a demo first. Ask both providers to show the outcome, the limitations and what remains your responsibility.
Can you find the latest rent balance and its supporting payment history without rebuilding the calculation?
Can you find one repair’s messages, contractor appointment, approval and completion evidence together?
Would a colleague or accountant understand the record and next action without asking you to explain it?
Property and tenancy records, manual or supported CSV rent tracking, repairs, messages, document storage and compliance-evidence workflows. Availability depends on your role and workspace setup.

Read the current offerBefore switching, retain your original records, test a small supported import and check the resulting balances. A CSV import does not promise to move every attachment, conversation or historic approval.
