What the offer is

Founding offer: 60 days on us when eligible paid plans open. No card today, and we will ask before any paid subscription starts.

Who it applies to

The offer is attached to accounts created using the sign-up buttons on the Tendmere homepage, on /landlord-software and on /landlord-readiness. After you sign up, the app shows “Founding offer reserved”. Accounts created from other pages are not marked for it.

What happens today

• The web beta is free for 1–2 properties. No card is needed and no payment is taken.
• There is nothing to claim now. Paid plans cannot be bought yet.
• We will ask you before any paid subscription starts. You do not have to take up the offer.

What has not been decided yet

We have not yet decided which paid plans will be eligible, when paid plans will open, or exactly how the 60 days will be applied. We will publish these details on this page before paid plans open.
